Project Details
A few weeks ago, Valley Sitework celebrated the groundbreaking of Blue Bell Senior Residences, a new independent living community that will expand access two quality, affordable housing for seniors. This project includes a full site package to prepare for the construction of a new two-story, 52,596 sf building featuring 56 residences. We are excited for this project. JUBB RESIDENCE

Project Details
Valley Sitework provided a full sitework package for the Jubb Residence in Limerick Township, supporting the transformation of a historic home into a beautiful luxury residence. Our scope included erosion and sediment control, removals, earthwork, basement and footing excavation, sanitary and storm sewer installation, roof drains, and paving preparation.
Additional work included topsoil stripping and respread, site cuts and fills, foundation drains, utility trenching, installation of an underground stormwater basin, yard inlets and HDPE piping, rough and fine grading, and asphalt subbase preparation.
Working alongside the General Contractor, Valley Sitework helped preserve the character of this historic property while providing the modern site infrastructure needed for its complete renovation.

Project Details
This project was a full sitework package for the 130 Christopher Lane development, including erosion and sediment controls, removals, mass earthwork, sanitary and storm sewer installation, roof drains, domestic water service, concrete curb and sidewalk work, full‑depth paving, basin conversion, landscaping, and project‑wide surveying, mobilization, and restoration. We did everything from initial clearing and grading through utilities, paving, and final site stabilization, delivering a complete turnkey solution for the project. New pictures coming soon!
