Project Details
This project involved site development for an Aldi Food Store (Schorn Construction) and Chase Bank (Grace Construction) in Phoenixville, PA. Our work included delivering pad sites for both buildings, completing PennDOT improvements along Route 724, installing four storm water drainage basins with amended soils, retaining walls, utilities, and a newly paved parking lot. Additional scope included concrete sidewalks, stamped decorative concrete, and curb installation. The project was completed through challenging winter conditions while coordinating closely with multiple trades on an active jobsite

Project Details
This project involved the construction of two storm water drainage basins with amended soils to improve runoff management at Copart’s Pennsburg, PA facility. Work was completed while the site remained fully operational and through challenging winter conditions. The finished system delivers reliable storm water control, improved site performance, and long‑term durability with minimal disruption to the client.
Valley Forge Baptist Church

Project Details
Valley Sitework was brought on to complete a large parking lot improvement project at Valley Forge Baptist Church with a hard deadline of July 26, 2025—just in time for the church’s annual “Summer Fest.” Despite heavy rainfall and multiple thunderstorms throughout the project timeline, the Valley Sitework team delivered the project a week and a half early. Our ability to adapt to site conditions while maintaining speed and quality is a testament to our team’s dedication to meeting client needs.
